Matt Cutts on Targeting Multiple Countries with Google Webmaster Tools

Having the ability to target multiple countries in Google Webmaster Tools would be a great feature.
Matt Cutts talks a bit about why the feature is not available [yet].
I haven’t had a need for this particular feature yet, but I do envision having this need in the future and would love to have it available.
