Google Chrome automatically searches the page as you type, highlighting potential matches in yellow. You can also quickly see where all the matches are located on a webpage, using the yellow markers on the scrollbar.

I actually disagree, I like how it translates it right on the page - it gives better context and it's a better user experience because you stay on the site.

It seems with this product, Google isn't serving their own interest of sending the user back to a Google property, but actually trying to help the webmaster of the site.

Extremely useful transaction with a fairly smooth user experience. I wish that clicking the "google translate" entry on the transaction's right click menu would take the user to the actual google translate web page.

Thanks! I updated the post with the link to the Google blog.

I for one, find it very useful, so I wouldn't want to disable it.

Yeah this was announced a couple of days ago on Google's blog: http://googleblog.blogspot.com/2010/03/brabhsalai-greasain-ilteangach-or.html

Sweet new feature, for sure.

Now to translate Chinese docs to see what they think of Google vs. China & all the talk about the yuan
