Bing.com’s Structured Data Search Results

I’ve discussed various uses of structured data in search results. Here’s a short list of things I’ve covered.
- Searching your profile on Google
- Yahoo!’s Search Monkey integrates with LinkedIn
- Google’s integrated sports data
Something I noticed with the new Bing.com search engine, is the structured data they are using. Though, it’s not even particularly structured data, it’s just a different way of approaching robots and how they crawl pages.

I like this!
Microsoft is finally doing something right with search. It might be even more useful if, instead of having to hover over the little orange circle, that it automatically shows the extra info when you hover over the result.
Either way, it’s a new way of crawling and I like it.
