Google Squared Goes Live

Google has officially launched Google Squared. No official posts on the release yet, but it was briefly talked about back in mid-May.
UPDATE 9:16pm EST: Google published an official post about Google Squared.
Marshall Kirkpatrick over at ReadWriteWeb asks, “…who knew structured data could be so unhelpful?”
Ok, so what’s the point of Google Squared? Honestly, I don’t see any major point of it, but, what I do see, is that Google is trying to explore other search options.

People change, people evolve, people get smarter; in that same context, search has to adapt to that. People might be getting “bored” of the normal search, so Google is trying to open up doors to other avenues of searching.
