Jole Spolsky Presents at Google TechTalks

Recently published, Joel Spolsky, also known as Joel on Software.com, presented about human interaction and computer processing.
One brief thing I took away from his talk was that people will often learn how to the platform that you created, in ways that you never imagined. One thing that comes to mind for me is Facebook. Facebook users will often learn how to use the platform in ways that the original creators never imagined.
