Fantastic post, cheered me right up as my Adwords account has been hacked and they owe me money, I’m just not sure if I’ll be able to claim it. I might be in touch for help!

I oen a 25 year old small business. Started before there was a Google. My listing on places has technical errors. The address changes, the phone number changes and they call me from Google asking if I still am a plumber or painter.Customers write me a review and it shows up then goes away. One took 3 months to post. I am a florist.
The name of my business is El Dorado Hills Florist. This is a phrase acording to Google so it is okay that everyone use my name in their ads. I am on Google Places but nothing else of mine shows up in search results. I believe that this is because of my “phrase” name. Well, I had this name first and Google has reduced it to a gereric phrase. I had planned on selling my business one day, but the name has no merit. I think I should be compensated for stress, due to the on going problem with my Plases listing that they can not fix, and slso for loss of revenue for hurting my business name. Just because we don’t pay for these listings does not make it okay to hurt businesses. We have no choice because they are the new phone book of society. I am looking for an Attorny.
