Is Google Up? Down? Check the Status

Google has launched a status page that will let you see the status of various services they offer.

If you click on the image, you will see a larger version of the status report. Then, where you see the little blue “i” you can click and get a more detailed report.

Gmail Status Report

This is a great reporting service to offer. It will help speed up support response times because Google will hopefully get fewer e-mails about the service being down and wondering when it will be online. This global tool will certainly assist their support engineers a lot.
