Google’s Official Blog recently posted an article about Oliver Hicks and his two-year venture of being the first person to row around the world. His venture is largely sponsored by Virgin.
I have one word to express my thoughts on this: wow.
This opportunity and life experience sounds absolutely amazing.
Google jumped at the opportunity to help support Hicks and his venture around the world. Hicks has a waterproof laptop and a satellite uplink to provide him constant communication with the world.
Where will all his blog posts, videos, voice recordings, and life-stream be stored?
In the cloud[s].
This two-year venture sounds like an amazing [and life-changing] opportunity. I want to say, publicly, that Ginside.com is behind Hicks with full support.
