Apple Crushes IBM in Legal Battle

Mark Papermaster has secured his Senior Vice President of Devices Hardware role at Apple. IBM sued Apple trying to hire Papermaster just two months ago. “The litigation between IBM and Mark Papermaster has been resolved” says a press release on Apple.com.
This secures Apple’s new “edge” in the industry. This guy is just a gold mine. He knows exactly what he is doing and what is he talking about. We can and should expect some huge things coming out of Apple very soon with Apple’s latest acquisition of Papermaster.
He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas, and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Vermont in 1988. Papermaster is active with the University of Texas where he is a member of the Electrical and Computer Engineering Advisory Council.
Papermaster has been around the block a few times with engineering and hardware development.
All this to say, Google, Microsoft, [and IBM], watch out, Apple is coming after you head first.
Mark Papermaster will be joining the Apple management on April 24th, 2009.
