Life at Google Friday: Working at YouTube

Today’s dose of Life at Google comes from YouTubers.
Youtube was acquired in October 2006, but YouTube still acts like its own entity. Despite being part of a larger company, YouTube still has its own design team, its own engineering team, its own product team, even its own building.
But the in the larger picture, YouTube still acts like a small start-up in the sense of working with small teams, being agile to get new features out, and being able to actually move the ball.
Here’s a short two minute clip about what YouTubers have to say about the working environment.
