Model Sues Google over “Skanky” Comment

A Vogue cover girl is suing Google with the attempt to reveal who the anonymous blogger is.

Hold up just a moment. People say all sorts of stuff all the time. That’s the whole point of the first amendment here in the United States. People are allowed to say whatever they want to and are protected by the first amendment. It’s what gives me the ability to say both good and bad things about Google, and there’s nothing can do about it.

So this Vogue cover girl is suing Google to find out who this blogger is. But that just proves how stupid this model is because as soon as it goes to court, it will be thrown out of court. Google has absolutely no liability to disclose this blogger’s name or any details because of the first amendment. Sure, if this were in another country, such as China, things would be different. But, this is America.

Who is this idiotic cover girl? Liskula Cohen. Here’s what she has to say about the issue. “It’s petty, it’s stupid and it’s pathetic,” Cohen said of the sniping. “And when I do find out who did this, at least I’ll know who my enemies are.”

Wow. This just gets better and better. She looks more and more like an idiot as the minute passes.

“We think we have a case,” he said. “This is libelous, it’s defamatory and you shouldn’t just get away with this.”

Hmm. Seriously? People get away with it all the time. People have said bad things about me. People have probably said bad things about you or someone you know. But you’re not going to court suing them to either figure out who it was or who said what, etc etc.

It’s just a pure waste of time for Google to even think about a law suit like this.

It’s going to be dismissed in a second.
