		<description>Dan Clancy is a good guy, and I just read his rather lengthy comment here http://www.opencontentalliance.org/2008/12/06/a-raw-deal-for-libraries/#comment-232 . So it&#039;s basically coming down to google wanting to cover their own ass in case of a DRM issue with copyrighted content they want to digitize? *rolls eyes*</description>
