Upcoming Google Developer Conferences

Google has two upcoming developer conferences which are worth noting.
The Google Developer Hackathon @ the Open Source Developers’ Conference 2008, will be about various open source technologies. Some of the include hacking OpenSocial, OpenLayers, and some Google App Engine applications.
The second conference is a bit more specific to Google’s OpenSocial. This OpenSocial hackathon will be a time for developers to come together and hack away at the OpenSocial application. I don’t see any kind of prize, but they do offer some free food for developers that want to come together and hack together.
These are all Asia-Pacific conferences, so if you’re in the area and interested in attending, you should definitely register for either of the events.
