    Pelana, have you experienced a lack of communication from Google reps lately?

    I personally never go on there because I never have questions.

    Well there are a lot of questions that aren’t replied and I just posted two. I know Google is known to not have much support for their products and leave it up to the community but when we’re talking about a large setup, business, whatever, it’d be nice if they offered paid support or be more responsive in their forums. We’ll see how long it takes! I’ve also sent Matt Cutts a tweet, maybe he can point me to someone. :)

    I know for AdSense, they have a number of reps which monitor the forums, but not for all products.

    I would usually give it a day or two, sometimes three, before expecting a response. Matt’s pretty busy and might reply via twitter, but sometimes he’ll miss mine too when I sent them.

    The best thing to do is wait, which I know, sucks, but it’s still the best idea.

    But alas, it appears you’re not the only one that thinks it’s still been pretty quiet from Google Reps.
