As far as speed, it&#039;s almost 3 times faster than IE7, according to the speed tests that were seen on that webcast/press conference.

It doesn&#039;t have all the fun plugins that Firefox has, so I won&#039;t be making the full time switch any time soon, but it has huge potential.

The new JavaScript V8 engine is a huge plus too.  That will help set the new standard for JavaScript engines.

I definitely would not say it&#039;s an IE killer simply because of how much of the market Microsoft already has, but it&#039;s definitely a future competitor, without a doubt.</description>

		<description>Alright, I&#039;m not that impressed with it so far. It looks cool, but accessing preferences isn&#039;t as easy as it is in Firefox. Also, it seems slower than Firefox and IE, but I haven&#039;t timed it so I can&#039;t be absolutely certain. Maybe I should be giving Google some slack, it is their first web browser, and competing companies have done worse, but if Google wants this to be an IE killer, they&#039;ll have to try harder.</description>
