Google has finally launched AdSense for RSS feeds. ‘Bout freakin’ time, seriously.
But it’s not as easy as 1, 2, 3. It’s going to take a little manual work from Google.
Here’s what they say in their instructions for migrating your feeds over to Google.
“To migrate all of your feeds, and your account from feeds.feedburner.com to Google, please contact us at adsense-support-aff@google.com and provide the following information..”
That’s a little weird. There’s no automated way to migrate the feeds and the accounts? Well that sucks — for both users and Google, that’s going to be a lot of manual work.
Awesome! AdSense for feeds now. Just another way for AdSense to monetize your site(s).
Odd side note, I couldn’t find any “official” word about this on the Inside AdSense blog.
