AdWords Third-Party Integration

Google has finally released the technology to integrate third-party ad networks into AdWords. This is huge. No, really, this is huge.

Google has now given more control to the networks. The amount of work that is required to get campaigns live and monitored has just been decreased a ton!

Here are some of the networks which Google will be integrated with first,

  • Advertiser ad servers: DoubleClick (DFA), Mediaplex
  • Rich media agencies: DoubleClick Rich Media, Eyeblaster, EyeWonder, Interpolls, PointRoll, Unicast
  • Research firms: Dynamic Logic, IAG Research, InsightExpress, Factor TG

So AdWords will not only be integrating into third-party ad servers, but also into research firms and rich media agencies.

For research firms out there such as ProMediaCorp, which specials in PPC management, or other various PPC companies out there, this third-party integration will be critical to help streamline the tools that are used.

This is a feature that has been long-awaited for. I will not be directly using the feature of integration, but I know a lot of other companies are more than happy to see this coming out.
