After recapping on some of the comics lately from Dilbert, this is a great way to not step up into management.
There are certainly times where you want to delegate tasks to other people, but that opportunity does not come up when your job is to do a specific task.
If you’re the person in charge of, for this example, making copies, your job is to make copies — not to tell someone else to make copies.
