Turns out I just can’t stay away from what’s happening with Google.
I met with some friends this morning for breakfast downstairs of our hotel here in Singapore. We landed on the subject of Google and how great the company really is. One of my friends that was with us does search recruiting and has done many searches for Google here in the China area. With his inside knowledge of the culture for Google, it led straight into the passion I have for Google already.
I touched on the few April Fool’s jokes that Google played on yesterday and the woman I was with starting talking about Google Whack. Google Whack, something I hadn’t ever heard of it. After doing a simple search, the results come back strong about what exactly is Google Whack.
But back to the topic. I thought I might find myself too busy to be posting, but with my father doing some work on the side, I do find myself having a few extra minutes with the free WiFi here at the hotel so I decided to post a few things.
Google doesn’t stop even though I’m not in the country at home.
