Google Loses Out to CBS with Ad-Sales Exec

Last week, Google suffered a huge loss of Patrick Keane to CBS. Keane’s title with CBS is VP-chief marketing officer of CBS Interactive. Now that’s quite a mouthful to swallow, but in the end, Keane is only looking out for himself.
Beyond the obvious of Keane’s experience and knowledge, the relationships both past and present attached to Keane will become very useful to the future of CBS Interactive.
As a serious industry expert, the value Keane is bringing to the table will help support the new products and marketing strategies that CBS have planned for the near future.
