Question: What does google_ad_region = ‘test’; actually do?

code you noted.
Please keep in mind that as stated in the AdSense program policies,
publishers are not allowed to alter the AdSense ad code for any reason.
Once you’ve generated the ad code in your AdSense account pages, you may
not alter any portion of the code or manually change the layout of the
ads.
So it makes me think that maybe they’re doing a test on some sites through AdSense…anyone else have a more firm answer on it?
