Business.com Sold for USD$360 Million

Reports are coming in from Reuters that Business.com was recently sold for upwards of USD$340 to USD$360 million to Donnelley Corp.
With a revenue of only $15 million per year, this is exactly 24x their value (360/15).
A good buy? Maybe, if they can monetize it. It’s an amazing domain name and has astronomical potential for the web, it’s just the matter of which direction they take the site. There is millions in revenue just waiting to be generated by that site, it comes down to if they can get a hold of it or not.
