Why Google is Advertising AdSense so Much

In the past few weeks, I’ve noticed that AdSense has been advertising itself quite a bit more than it normally had been. I noticed that AdSense was advertising its platform a lot more and AdWords has been advertising that they are hiring.
So I wonder why Google is advertising so much for AdSense and AdWords right now…
