Notify Google

I was browsing around a bit just now on Google Images doing a search for the topic I’m researching and I came across a few images that definitely were not “Safe.” Also meaning that they were NSFW [not safe for work]. Something that would be really helpful to make the Google index even better would be to have a “flag this result” type action where users [you and me] can flag a specific result either in Google Video, Google Search, or Google Images — any Google index platform — and flag it for review by a human.

Maybe a result was tagged wrong or somehow got past the automated filter, but either way it shouldn’t be in the search results you are viewing.

Right now I don’t know of an easy way to notify Google of a specific result. This would be huge for them to add (and yes, I realize it would require another complete team of people to manage) but it would also add to the efficiency and quality of the index.
