Firefox 2.0 is Official

Firefox-logo.jpgIt is official. Mozilla Firefox 2.0 has been released today. With a long wait and much anticipation, it is finally here. I haven’t installed it and tried it myself yet (because of plugins I’m using), but I’m going to shortly and give a more in-depth report on it then.

Until then, visit the Mozilla site to download it.

    Help me please…
I just installed Firefox 2.0, and all of a sudden, my username/password isn't being inserted in the signon window (it always was before). I tried the usual suspects–I did not mistakenly tell FF not to remember the password for this site; and I also tried the remember password bookmarklet, but all to no avail–FF will not ask me to remember this password. What do I need to do to get around this?

Your best bet would be to clear all of that data and just start fresh. That would be my only guess to help you.

Your best bet is to contact the developers.
