		<description>I don&#039;t think that Google will ever charge to use Google Maps, but I do think they will allow for an &quot;advertising&quot; free version that would allow businesses to run their own version of it and have everything specific to their needs.  I think it will always be free to the public to use because they can make money on advertising through it.</description>

		<description>Does Google plan to charge for maps in the future. I added a Google map to a website for a client I was working on. When looking for a map to use I looked into using mapquest. They wanted $5,000 a year to use a mapquest map on a different url. I really don&#039;t see where that price comes from.</description>
