Time to Wave Goodbye to Froogle

The link to Froogle disappeared not too long ago from the Google homepage. This was a pre-emptive move for Google as they had bigger plans in mind for their product search network. Froogle is slowly being turned into a greater Google Base. With Google Base gaining activity, it will be an even larger push for Google Checkout because of the integration between Google Base and Google Checkout.
