Google Treating www and non-www the Same Now

Posted by jonathan at 12:58am EST on 09/02/2006

Christian talks about how Google is now treating www and non-www domains the same with how they relate to the link:domain.com syntax. Seems to be working properly for me when checking the www and non-www search for linkbacks.

I’m happy they did this, I prefer to us www. even though it might not strictly the right way of doing things.

I use www-enforcing as well, I like that better. I might consider doing non-www for some future sites, but I haven’t decided yet.
