The Google Trust

Enterprisemarketing brings up some good points about whether or not Google actually “trusts” you. There is a “trust” in the Google algo which helps your site be ranked higher. The longer it’s been around, the more reputable it is, the more a website is open to sharing information and being free to be contacted, the more likely Google is going to “trust” that site. It’s not easy to get ranked in Google, it takes a lot of work and it doesn’t come very fast. Google takes time to make sure your site has been around longer than a week before listing you as the top hit for a specific keyword. Take a look at the article, it’s a good read.
